Question 1. Instantly is it possible to deliver a rental sewing machine to a factory from READYSTOCK XYZ?
Answer - Depending on the availability of machines in the warehouse we send
industrial sewing machines to the factory as rentals.
Question 2. What is the procedure of giving industrial sewing machines as rent in a ready-made garments factory from READYSTOCK XYZ?
Answer - After receiving an inquiry for rental sewing machines from a factory we usually
get information about ready-made garments from the market such as the reputation
of the factory, the payment system of the factory, how is the internal technicians' behavior,
any risk of getting damage of the rental sewing machine present there or not, anybody
taking bribery from rental sewing machine supplier or not, etc then if the factory identified

Answer - After an audit, if the factory proves to be a good factory, we usually provide industrial sewing machines for rent for a minimum of 90 (Ninety) days by a written agreement on non-judicial stamp papers.

Question 5. Who will provide spare parts for the rental sewing machines?

If any problem occurs with the energy-saving direct drive servo motor and control box we will only take care of those issues.
Question 6. Who will bear the rental payments VAT?
Answer - VAT is paid by the factory, as per the VAT system end-user will bear this liability.
Question 7. When industrial sewing machine rental is paid?
Answer - After the end of every month (the last date of the month) bill will be sent to the factory management by email and factory management needs to clear the rental sewing machine payment by the 10th of the month after they receive the bill. End of the rental period when the agreement period expired factory must return all rental sewing machines, pay any unpaid rental payments or they can renew the agreement.
Question 8. Who maintains/repairs mechanical issues for a rental sewing machine?
Answer- Small mechanical issues should be solved by the factory's in-house technicians.
Question 9. Who bears compensation for the damage to the rental industrial sewing machine?
Answer - Any type of damage to the machine while used inside the factory compensation must be paid by the factory.
Question 10. Who will bear the pickup truck cost for sending the rental sewing machine to the factory?
Answer - The factory manages the pickup truck or pays for the pickup truck.
